Employee Wellness Programs

The mission of the Waukesha School District Wellness Program is to promote healthy living, decrease the risk of disease and enhance the quality of life among Waukesha School District’s employees and their families. By supporting healthy lifestyle, we will be models for the student body as well as the community at large.

We encourage you to STRIVE to THRIVE.  We owe it to ourselves, our families,  and friends to take care of ourselves.  Just as importantly, it is important that we are good role models for our students.  Our School District Policy (#5141.7) states:

All school staff is encouraged to improve their health status through activities such as health assessments, health education and health-related fitness activities.  This personal commitment often transfers into greater commitment to the health of students and creates positive role modeling.

Please contact Jack Bothwell with any questions or to make suggestions regarding our District wellness program, STRIVE to THRIVE.
